Since authentic Thai ingredients naturally have such bold flavors, we made a commitment to let these flavors shine without adding any junk, and to do so with products that are easy for anyone to use at home, without having to follow long recipes and gather obscure ingredients (galangal anyone?).

Our classic Green, Yellow, and Red Thai Coconut Curries are an aromatic blend of Thai spices, starting with our homemade curry paste and mixed with creamy coconut milk for an effortless curry sauce that’s ready to use straight out of the jar.

Our Thai Hot Sauces are both inspired by the Thai sauce "Nam Prik," which translates roughly to "spicy liquid." We offer two interpretations of this classic: Ginger Lime Hot Sauce and Chili Garlic Hot Sauce.

This is relish redone. We adapted this recipe from the classic Thai condiment with pickled Thai chilis, and added cool cucumbers and garlic for an irresistibly savory, tangy flavor.
