SHIPPING
Please ensure that you leave your mobile number when ordering. This enables our courier to deliver your parcel!
You will be informed of your shipping costs in the shopping cart.
Our priority is getting your order to you as quickly and safely a possible.
For "Next Day" delivery, orders must be placed before 1PM and excludes delivery on weekends, Bank Holidays and to certain postcode areas.
Orders are despatched using Royal Mail and DPD tracked parcels. You will be notified by email parcel number and full tracking details when your items are dispatched.
COMPLETION AND DELIVERY TIME OF YOUR ORDER
1) The buyer will be informed about each change of order status via email to the address provided during order placement or registration.
2) If the ordered goods are temporarily or entirely out of stock at the shop or suppliers of these products, the client will be informed about the order status and the completion time via email. In these cases, the buyer can decide how to proceed with the order (partial delivery, extended waiting time for a complete delivery, cancellation of the order).
3) Krys LTD reserves 1-5 working days for order completion, unless a given product is out of stock - the client will be notified about the delivery time via email.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase from M&P however there may be certain instances products may need to be returned.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 30 days of receipt. All you will be responsible for is the cost of the return postage. The item should be unworn, undamaged and must be 'as new' when returned to us. We will issue an exchange or refund to you via your original payment method.
TRANSIT
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days on their return they can be replaced or a refunded issued via your original payment method.
FAULTY ON ARRIVAL
If your items are faulty on arrival, you should inform us as soon as reasonably possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible with a copy of original documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
ITEMS FAULTY IN WARRANTY PERIOD
If any of your purchases develop a fault within its warranty period it will need to be returned. Once the fault has been verified, a repair or exchange of goods will be issued.
NOTES
2. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.
3. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of items during their return.
4. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges when returning the item.
