Are all products listed as new?
Each and every one of
our items is listed correctly as brand new, we do not sell used or old
products. Any items which come back to us as used or faulty are donated
to good causes, such as pet shelters, schools etc.
Are all products in stock?
All
eBay listings are live
linked to our inventory management system. If the product is available
to purchase on eBay and can be found in our store, it is available for
purchase. We regularly restock our ranges of popular products, so if
something is unavailable please just send us a message and we can let
you know as soon as more are available.
Do all of your listings offer free delivery?
Free
standard delivery is included with each of our parcels, via tracked and
insured postage. Parcels posted via this method are expected to be
delivered within 2-3 working days from receipt of our despatch email.
Express delivery is also available for an additional fee, you will see
this during checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
We
work very quickly, despatching parcels fast to avoid delays in
delivery. If you wish to make a change once an order has been placed, we
will try our best to honor this, however we cannot guarantee that the
order or parcel can be located.
My Parcel was Received Damaged/Faulty?
We
rely heavily on postal services such as Royal Mail to deliver our
parcels safely. Unfortunately, there are rare occasions when a parcel becomes damaged from a rough transit. If this happens, please contact us
providing a photo for each damaged/defective item. In most cases, you
would not need to return the item to us, when a replacement can be
issued. All parcels are fully tracked and insured, so please do get in
touch if something goes wrong.
Can I return my order?
All
items can be returned to us for a full refund within 30 days of
receipt, please open a return request from your eBay account and fill
out the relevant information.
Please note that the product must be resaleable, or received in the
condition in which it was received, for a full refund to be processed.
If a parcel has been damaged, you may not need to return it to us.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Returns
received in our warehouse are automatically refunded upon receipt, we
cannot swap/exchange any items or complete any transactions outside of
the eBay platform. Please retain any receipts and tracking information
for your returned parcel. If the couriers have any issues, you may need
to send copies of this.
