We accept returns. Contact our customer service team right away if you:
- You have changed your mind and wish to return
- The product was damaged in transit
- You are not satisfied with the product you purchased.
Returns must be directed through Customer Service. Do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. Your returned item may not be identified and accepted if you do so. If you return a product based on a change of mind, freight fees will be deducted from your refund. This also applies to orders canceled while in transit.
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for mattress orders once they have been taken out of the vacuum-sealed packaging

A fake SMS message may inform you that your parcel is 'detained', 'you missed a delivery', or there is an 'important update' regarding your delivery, along with a link to click on for further information. Due to the technology used by scammers to imitate a caller ID, these scam texts can appear in the same conversation thread as a legitimate courier conversation. You are usually taken to a fake courier's website by clicking on the links in a scam message. It is also possible to infect your device with malicious software by clicking on these links
